Bryan has close relationships with the people who work for him and credits each with being a team player that makes McLain Homes so successful. He loves creating living environments that are unique and special. He says that he is very proud to be such an important part of each family that he has had the opportunity to build a home for.

Sylvia is a founder and Owner of McLain Homes and Development. She assists with the management of the companies although her favorite aspect of the business is marketing and special events. Sylvia has been instrumental in the Acadiana Symphony Orchestra Decorator ShowHouse that McLain Homes builds each year. She says she feels very privileged to have the opportunity to work with so many creative decorators, research new home ideas, and assist the ASO with this wonderful fund raiser!

Maxine is instrumental in the systems that are in place for job costing and accounting. She is a cornerstone of McLain Homes. She assists custom home clients with all aspects of estimating and tracking the cost of construction. Maxine manages all duties in the office of McLain Homes associated with accounting, payroll, and insurance. She is a personal assistant to Bryan McLain for speculative home loans, banking, and finance. Maxine is also in charge of all home and land closings.

Sherry is in charge of all data input, accounts receivables and payables. Her attention to detail guarantees our clients precise and accurate pricing and job costing information. Her experience in the building and construction business is vital when it comes to monitoring quotes and actual product costs when she receives invoices on custom homes.

Danny Griffin
Field Supervisor
In charge of all maintenance, trouble-shooting and repairs. Danny is our
jack-of-all-trades! He is an essential port of Mclain Homes' service
department. His knowledge and ability to complete most any task,
combined with his pleasant work ethics are invaluable.

Paige King
Project Coordinator
Paige is Bryan McLain's assistant and is in charge of
coordination of all activities that are implemented on
construction sites. She works closely with all subcontractors
and vendors for scheduling. Paige also works closely with
custom clients to ensure that personal selections are
implemented and job reports are kept up to date.
